everything has been said.
the line at the bottom is a bit disctracting, but still makes for an interesting read into the peice. like she is returning to nature, slowly turning into dust and butterflies....
whoa i think i read just a bit too deeply.
you have a lot of comments, so whats one more, but i really do feel i have to say your portrait is exceptional. i love the pose, with her head turned slightly to the right. she's got beautiful hair! i also love the tones you've used. wonderful composotion! the butterflies flying out of (or into) her are a nice touch! great job, flosaurus!
I think I like this one best. I'm glad I saw the comment above me and went to full size, I started not to, hehe. This is breathtaking. I'm going to fav it. Yes I am. I love the ever-present butterflies in all of the pictures, and while I've seen comments suggesting they not be in color, I think it just adds to the surreality of it. beautiful work, definitely something to be proud of.
what makes this eyecatching is that her ass has been replaced by a couple of butterflies. what makes it beautiful is the grain, the monotone, the single light source, and the way the background only adds to the foreground. like photographic chiaroscuro. favorite.
this a beautiful piece, i'll tell you when it was loading it came by the half, the at first i saw the shoulders and was like hmm. and the rest filled in and it all came together. i browsed some comments but couldnt think of anything else to add. sorry really
Wow, this is great. I love the model's pose. The 'cracks' look really goos as well. I can hardly see that it's tampered with. Good job. Reminds me of Dave Mckeans work. Only ting might be the butterflies. There could be more of them. Still awsome work.
//how much life is there in literally half a women with butterflies? oh, i understand now, it is "conceptual" art... that explains it all. that would mean it is "conceptual life" what the image represents.
